Introduction

Friends of Russian University of Druzhby Narodov (FoRUDN), Nepal is a not for profit, social, voluntary and humanitarian Organization. It gives a platform to the alumni of RUDN and like-minded Nepalese as well as international professionals/intellectuals to work for humanitarian cause for the betterment of the people of Nepal. Thousands highly qualified professionals have come back to Nepal, as alumni of RUDN, and given service in the fields of agriculture, engineering, history and philology, law and economics, medicine, as well as science and research .

FoRUDN was established on 26 Paush 2078 (10 January 2022) and is registered with the District Administration Office (DAO), Kathmandu and Social Welfare Council, Nepal.

Objectives

To encourage its members to continue their connection with RUDN and the alumni be it national or international and work for the betterment of humankind in Nepal and all over the world.

To enhance the capacity, knowledge and skills of the alumni as well as end users in order to implement programs and projects that would be beneficial to the people of Nepal.
